The

Privacy Policy of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that Promtech may obtain about the User while using any of the websites or services owned by Promtech and while Promtech is fulfilling any agreements and contracts with the User. The User's consent to the Policy expressed by him on a separate site or service of Promtech means the User's consent to the Policy for all sites and/or services of Promtech.

The use of the Promtech Services means the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and the conditions of processing his personal information specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions the User must refrain from using the Services.

1. Processable personal information

For the purposes of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:

1.1.1 Personal information that you provide about yourself when you register (create an account) or use the Services, including your personal information. Information required to provide the Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.

1.1.2 Data that is automatically transmitted to the Promtech Services in the course of their use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP-address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program through which the Services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided by the terms of use of individual Promtech.

This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of using the Promtech Services. Promtech does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third party websites to which the User may click on links available on the Promtech.

Promtech does not verify the authenticity of personal information provided by the User (except in cases where the verification of the authenticity of personal information is expressly provided for in the terms of use of the service), and is unable to assess its effectiveness. However, Promtech assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in User Agreement.

2. Purposes of processing personal information of Users

Promtech collects and stores only such personal information as is necessary to provide the Services or to fulfill agreements and contracts with the User, except where the law provides for mandatory storage of personal information for a period of time specified by law.

2.2 Promtech processes the personal information of the User for the following purposes:

2.2.1 Identification of a party under the Services, agreements and contracts with Promtech;

2.2.2 Providing the User with personalized Services and fulfilling agreements and contracts;

Communication with the User, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, performance of agreements and contracts, as well as processing of requests and applications from the User;

2.2.3 Communication with the User, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, performance of agreements and contracts, as well as processing of requests and applications from the User;

2.2.4 Improvement of Services quality, usability, development of new Services;

2.2.5. Targeting of advertising materials;

2.2.6. Statistical and other studies based on impersonal data.

3. Conditions of processing of personal information of Users and its transfer to third parties

3.1 Promtech stores personal information of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.

3.2 Personal information of the User is kept confidential, except in cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using separate Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3 Promtech has the right to transfer User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1 The user has agreed to such actions;

Transmission is necessary for the use of a particular Service by the User or for the performance of a particular agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.2 The transmission is necessary for the use of a particular Service by the User or for the performance of a particular agreement or contract with the User;

The transfer is provided for under South African law or other applicable law in accordance with the procedure established by law;'

3.3.3 In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Promtech or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement of the Promtech services, this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific Services.

3.3.5 As a result of processing of the User's personal information by means of depersonalization, impersonal statistical data has been obtained, which is transferred to a third party for the purpose of carrying out research, performing works or rendering services on behalf of Promtech.

3.4 When processing personal data of Users Promtech is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

4. Changing and deleting personal information. Mandatory data storage

The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him/her or a part of it, using the function of editing the personal data in the personal section of the corresponding Service.

You can also delete your account. However, deleting your account may make it impossible to use the Promtech.

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2. 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be restricted as required by law. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the obligation of Promtech to keep the information changed or deleted by the User for the period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the procedure established by law to the state body.

5. Processing of personal information with cookies and counters

Cookies transferred by Promtech to the User's equipment and Promtech's equipment may be used by Promtech to provide the User with personalized Services, to target advertisements displayed to the User for statistical and research purposes, and to improve Promtech's Services.

The user understands that the hardware and software used to visit Internet sites may have the function of prohibiting the use of cookies (for any site or for certain sites), as well as removing previously received cookies.

6. Measures applied to protect personal information of the User

Promtech takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable law

7.1 Promtech has the right to change this Privacy Policy. The date of the last update is indicated when changes are made to the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. This Policy and the relationship between the User and Promtech arising out of the application of the Privacy

Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
