Who can register on ContracTree?

Individuals, as well as entities, can be registered on ContacTree.

I represent a legal entity, but I want to register as an individual. Is it possible?

Yes, it’s up to you.

I represent a legal entity, can I get a subcontract as an individual?

You can. It depends on your agreement with the main contractor.

I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Open “Spam” folder. If it is not there, try to register with another email.

I can not log in to my account

To access your account, go to the authorization/login page, enter your email address and click "Forgot your password?". After that, select the login method - "Reset Password" or "Send a one-time login link."

Newsletters


How to change newsletters settings?

You can change the newsletters settings (regions, categories, notifications) in your account on the "Newsletters".

Why did I stop receiving newsletters?

You might accidentally mark one of the newsletters as "Spam". Please check the spam folder and unmark the newsletter. In this case, you should reconfirm your email address in your account page. Also, check the newsletter settings in your account on the "Manage newsletter" page.

How to unsubscribe from newsletters?

You can unsubscribe from newsletters in your account on the "Newsletters" page.

Pricing Plans and Payment


Can I get demo access to the ContracTree?

Without registration and payment, you can view a limited number of contacts. Subcontracting requests will be available after the payment is done. To play with the service and try all the features you can purchase 3-days plan for 50r.

There are several steps you should follow:

  • Register or log in.
  • Choose a pricing plan.
  • Choose a payment method: Credit/Debit card or PayPal

We will activate your paid account within 8 business hours after receiving the payment confirmation.

How to be sure my paid account is active?

After activating your paid account, you will receive an email. You pricing plan details (duration, conditions) will be available in your account page.

What is a recurring payment?

According to the User Agreement, the first time you pay with a bank card (for all pricing plans except “Express”), the recurring payment is activated automatically: at the end of the paid period, the plan will be automatically renewed and the payment fee will be charged from the bank card. If you don’t need an automatic renewal, then you can cancel this option anytime you need. You can do this, on the "Payments" page, click the "Cancel Recurring Payments" link (if there is no link, then recurring payment is not activated).

Check if you are logged in on the website. If you are logged in, but still can’t see contacts, email us on support@kontrak.co.za
